TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASES, RENTALS & MEMOS
Delivery Dates: Recognizing that every effort will be made to deliver the items ordered by the estimated delivery date, I understand that Empiric does not guarantee delivery dates.
Variation: I understand that I can expect some variation in finishes and material i.e. wood, steel, and leather and fabric dye lots from the floor samples.
Returns: Non-sale store merchandise returned to the store within 24 hours in the same condition as purchased, including all parts and packaging, will be fully refunded. Merchandise returned after one day will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. All discounted items are final sale at purchase and all other sales are final after seven days.
Memos: A 24-hour risk-free trial is available to members of the trade at the discretion of Empiric staff. Memos are not available on sale items. All items not returned within 24 hours will be processed as a sale and subject to restocking fees.
Cancellations: Cancellations are permitted on back ordered stocked items only. Cancellations and returns are not permitted on special or custom orders.
Rentals: Items rented for or used for a photo
shoot, video, party, event, display or any related purpose, commercial or
otherwise, will be subject to standard rental fees.
Damage: Client assumes full responsibility for the cost of repair or replacement of items lost or damaged while in their possession. All vintage items are sold AS IS so please inspect items before purchasing.
Unclaimed Items: An $85 moving fee and a storage fee (10% of sale/30 days) will apply for items left over 15 days. I understand that Empiric is not responsible for items left over 90 days and that all monies paid to Empiric for items left over 90 days will be forfeited.
Forms of Payment
At Empiric, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers and believe part of providing outstanding customer service is respecting the rights of our customers. As part of this commitment to your privacy, Empiric:
1. Will not sell, rent, trade or share any information you share with us.
2. Will provide its customers with notice of their ability to opt out of the mailing list, if desired.
3. Will not contact you by telephone unless you have requested it or it is necessary to process your order.
